1 packet of wholemeal pita bread
Shredded tasty cheese
Spread each pita bread with butter and vegemite then add the shredded cheese. Repeat this with all your pita bread. Place into a hot, fan-forced oven directly onto the racks until cheese has melted and the edges begin to crisp up. Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly, then cut into pieces.
This makes a great quick and easy snack at any time and you can use any of your favourite toppings to create something else just as delicious. A great substitute for packet chips!
