500g sausage mince
500g beef mince
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, chopped
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 egg
½ cup water
½ cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste

½ cup water
½ cup tomato sauce
½ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
¼ cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon instant coffee
30g butter
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Mix meatloaf ingredients together and form into a loaf shape. Bake at 180 Celsius for 30 minutes, pour off any surplus fat.

Combine sauce ingredients in a pan and bring slowly to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour sauce over meatloaf and bake for a further 45 minutes. Cut up and serve with veggies or salad.
