Paint The Westside REaD is a new early literacy program for children (0-5 years) in the City of Charles Sturt, brought to you by the Inner West Partnership.

See the reading egg being delivered by Parker the Pelican.
Join us for free food and children’s entertainment in the Woodville Town Hall with a special Storytime in the Civic Library (Woodville) 7pm – 7.30pm.
After the Launch, the egg will be visiting places in the City of Charles Sturt where children read, play and learn. As more children read, sing, talk and play with the egg, this will help it grow. The egg will then hatch into a reading mascot at a special family event in November. From here children will come to know and love this special reading mascot as their own.
