The EGG will be here Thursday and Friday of this week – you really need to see the size of it!!! Thanks to all of the childrens services, including ours the EGG has now grown so much that it is almost ready to hatch……
This week we will read, sing and talk to the EGG, and continue to help it grow and increase awareness of the importance of literacy in early years.
Next Wednesday 8th November from 5 – 7pm you are invited to the hatching of the EGG and meeting our reading mascot. It will be a fun night, aimed at young families with activities to engage in and stories to listen to, and there will be a BBQ for dinner.
What does your child thin is in the EGG – we’ve had some interesting thoughts by the children, I’m interested in seeing their reactions on Thursday to the size of the EGG and if they change what they think maybe inside…….
