Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup SR flour
125g butter
1 cup honey
½ cup desiccated coconut
½ cup chopped dried apricots
½ cup sultanas

Method
Line a 18×28 slice pan with baking paper.

Preheat oven to 180 Celsius (or 160 if fan forced)

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.

Heat honey & butter in a saucepan over a low heat until combined.

Add butter mix to flour mix, combine well.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve in small squares OR as longer bar size for lunch boxes.

Can be frozen.
